CBT)\u7684\u7cbe\u9ad3\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7642\u6cd5\u4e0d\u8a66\u5716\u6291\u5236\u6216\u6539\u8b8a\u8ca0\u9762\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5e6b\u52a9\u53c3\u8207\u8005\u8a8d\u8b58\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u601d\u8003\u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u9019\u4e9b\u6a21\u5f0f\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u60c5\u7dd2\u7684\u60e1\u5316\u3002\u900f\u904e\u89ba\u5bdf\u7576\u4e0b\u7684\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u88ab\u5f15\u5c0e\u5b78\u7fd2\u5982\u4f55\u63a5\u7d0d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u60c5\u611f\u8207\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u9032\u884c\u904e\u591a\u7684\u63e3\u6e2c\u6216\u53cd\u61c9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span
